B A R D I V A L   P E T   H O T E L


FEES. All fees are charged by the day, to include the day of arrival and the day of departure.

Pets not collected by 10.30am on the day of departure will be charged a full days board.

You pay for the days you book. If you return home early you are still liable to pay the full amount.

CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR BOOKINGS.  Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day will be charged at double our normal daily rate.

DEPOSITS. All bookings must be accompanied by a booking fee of £40 for dogs and £25 for cats which is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled.

PAYMENT. We accept cash, cheque and debit card (we do not accept credit cards) or you may pay via bank transfer.

OUT OF HOURS. We have a strict NO out of hours policy.  Please respect our opening hours.

VETERINARY CARE. Owners must give their authority to the Kennel/Cattery owner to consult a veterinary surgeon for treatment or to obtain information, to ensure the animals wellbeing.

Any veterinary bills incurred including stress related conditions will be the responsibility of the owner.

VACCINATIONS. All pets accepted for boarding must be accompanied by an up to date current vaccination certificate.  We do not insist on the Kennel Cough vaccine but if given it must be at least two weeks before boarding.

All pets must be up to date with flea/tick treatment (if any animals are not on a regular programme, treatment must be administered at least one week prior to their stay). All animals should preferably be de-wormed as well (pets arriving with fleas will be treated as appropriate and the customer will be charged £25 per pet).

PET SHARING. Only dogs or cats from the same household may share a kennel or cat pen. This is at the owner’s risk and if there are any issues during the stay and the pets have to be accommodated separately additional costs will occur.

BELONGINGS. All belongings left on the premises are left at the owners own risk. Due to Health and Safety regulations animals own bedding is used at the discretion of the kennels/cattery. We cannot accept bedding which is not FULLY washable.

NON COLLECTION. We reserve the right to re-home any pet not collected within 7 days of the stated departure date if no communication from the owner, or the owner’s agent, is received and if efforts to contact the owners fail.

MARKETING. No information held will be used for any purposes, except those required by law. If you do not wish your details to be used for marketing information, please let us know. We occasionally use pictures of the pets we have staying with us on social media sites such as Facebook, our website and marketing material. If you are not happy for us to use the photos of your pets please inform us.

SIGNED CONTRACT. All owners boarding pets at Bardival Pet Hotel will need to sign a contract to accept these terms of boarding. Owners must agree to board their animals on the understanding that although every possible care and attention will be given; the animals are boarded entirely at their owner’s risk.
